● Training schedules may be modified by the City Council or due to the possible closure of the facilities as a result of a pandemic outbreak. In this case, there will be the option to pay a reduced fee of 35% of the monthly fee, which includes a virtual classes service, or a monthly maintenance fee of €10, which does not include any service. Gymnasts who keep their place (either with the reduced fee or the maintenance fee) will have priority for training when the facilities reopen. The Senior and Master groups will not be required to pay the maintenance fee.

● Payment is made through monthly direct debit. The total annual contribution is divided into 10 months for the Council categories and 11 months for the School, Base, Olympic Pathway and Men’s categories. New athletes joining the Club must pay the corresponding registration fee (€60). Once the registration process has been completed, this amount will not be refunded even if the membership is cancelled. In the case of siblings, the lower fee will receive a 10% discount. Membership cancellations must be communicated before the 25th of each month; otherwise, the following month’s fee will be charged. All athletes must pay the annual user fee of €35, which must be paid when submitting the registration or renewal.

● The sports season runs from September to June according to the regular training schedule. During the Christmas and Easter school holidays, a High Performance Training Camp will be held. During the month of July, regular training sessions will take place in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the training category. If additional training hours are offered, a supplement will be charged as indicated in the fee schedule. At the end of August, the Pre-season and High Performance Training Camp will be held.

● The first direct debit will be processed on 1 September 2026, and the last direct debit will be processed on 1 June 2027 for the Council categories and on 1 July 2027 for the Federated categories. If a direct debit is returned by the bank, the bank charges established by the financial institution will be paid by the families. Membership cancellations must be communicated 5 working days before the end of the month; otherwise, the following month’s fee will be charged.

● If the athlete is unable to attend training due to injury or illness, the membership fee will be reduced by 50%, provided that the athlete is absent from training for a full month and submits a medical certificate.

● During the season, federation or Sports Council expenses, such as licences, insurance, competitions and their administration, shall be borne by the athlete.

● At the end of December 2026, the federation licence for competition gymnasts will be renewed and will be valid until 31 December 2027. This licence includes the annual sports insurance.

● New gymnasts will be registered with the Garraf Sports Council insurance scheme so that they are covered by sports insurance. (€15)

● The Club will cover the coaches’ expenses at the official championships organised by the Catalan Gymnastics Federation. Families will cover the coaches’ expenses at the Spanish Championships and at all friendly competitions throughout the season (travel, hotel, meals and daily allowances).

● Competition registrations will be completed one month before the competition and will be invoiced through a payment link. Withdrawal from a competition has a cost of €12, unless it is notified by email to the Federation on the day before the competition. In the event of illness, if the appropriate notification has been made and a medical certificate is provided within a maximum of 7 days, the competition registration fee will be refunded.

● Only gymnasts who are up to date with the payment of membership fees and/or federation expenses may register for competitions.

● The Club leotard is compulsory for all athletes. It must be worn during training sessions, exhibitions and festivals. The compulsory competition uniform consists of the Club leotard, tracksuit, T-shirt and backpack.
