Schedules may be subject to changes by the City Council or due to the closure of the facilities in the event of a resurgence of the pandemic. In such cases, members will have the option of paying a reduced fee equivalent to 35% of the monthly fee, which includes virtual classes, or a maintenance fee of €10 per month, which does not include any services. Gymnasts who retain their place, either by paying the reduced fee or the maintenance fee, will have priority when the facilities reopen. Members of the Gent Gran and Masters groups will not be required to pay the maintenance fee.

● Payment is made in monthly instalments by direct debit. The total annual fee is divided into 10 months for the Consell categories and 11 months for the School, Base, Olympic Pathway and Men’s categories. New athletes joining the club must pay the corresponding registration fee (€60). Once the registration process has been completed, this amount will not be refunded, even if the athlete subsequently withdraws. Cancellations must be notified before the 25th of each month; otherwise, the following month’s fee will be charged. In the case of siblings, a 10% discount will be applied to the lower fee.

● All athletes must pay an annual user fee of €35, payable upon registration or renewal.

● The sports season runs from September to June following the usual schedule. During school holiday periods (Christmas and Easter), a Technical Training Camp will be held. In July, regular training sessions will take place either in the morning or in the afternoon, depending on the training category. If additional training hours are offered, an additional fee will be charged as specified in the rates. At the end of August, a Technical Training and Pre-Season Camp will be held.

● The first payment by direct debit will be charged on 1 September 2026, and the final payment on 1 June 2027 for the Consell categories and on 1 July 2027 for the Federated categories. If a direct debit is returned by the bank, any bank charges incurred will be payable by the family. Cancellations must be notified at least 5 working days before the end of the month; otherwise, the following month’s fee will be charged.

● If an athlete is unable to attend training sessions due to injury or illness, their monthly fee will be reduced by 50%, provided that they are absent from training for a full month and submit a medical certificate.

● During the season, Federation or Consell Esportiu expenses, such as licences, medical insurance, competitions and their administration, will be payable by the athlete.

● At the end of December, the federation licence for competition gymnasts will be renewed and will remain valid until 31 December 2027. This licence includes annual sports insurance.

● New gymnasts will be registered with the Consell Esportiu del Garraf insurance scheme in order to be covered by sports insurance (€15).

● The Club covers the coaches’ per diem expenses at official championships organised by the Catalan Gymnastics Federation. Families will be responsible for the coaches’ expenses at the Spanish Championship and at all friendly competitions throughout the season (travel, accommodation, meals and per diem).

● Registrations for championships will be completed one month before the competition and will be invoiced through a payment link. Cancellations are subject to a €12 fee unless they are notified by email to the Federation the day before the competition. In case of illness, if the appropriate notification has been made and a medical certificate is provided within a maximum of 7 days, the registration fee will be refunded.

● Only gymnasts who are up to date with the payment of their fees and/or federation expenses may be registered for championships.

● The Club leotard is compulsory for all athletes. It will be used for training sessions, exhibitions and festivals. The compulsory sportswear for competitions consists of the leotard, tracksuit, T-shirt and Club backpack.
