• Payment is made in monthly installments via bank billing. The total contribution for the year is divided into 10 months for Consell categories and 11 months for Federated categories. New athletes in the organization must pay the corresponding registration fee (€60). Once the registration process is completed, this amount will not be refunded, even if the athlete withdraws. Withdrawals must be communicated before the 25th of each month; otherwise, the fee for the following month will be charged. In the case of siblings, the lower fee will have a 10% discount.

• All athletes must pay a €35 annual membership fee, which will be paid when submitting the registration (or renewal).

• The months of sports practice are from September to June during the usual schedule. During school holidays (Christmas and Easter), a Technical Training Camp will be held. In July, regular training will take place in the mornings, and if extended hours are provided, an additional fee indicated in the rates will be charged. At the end of August, the Technical and Preseason Camp will take place.

• The first bank charge will be generated on September 1, 2024, and the last on June 1, 2025, for the Consell categories, and on July 1, 2025, for the Federated categories. Returned payments by the bank will incur a fee set by the banking entity, which families will be responsible for. Withdrawals must be communicated 5 days before the end of the month; otherwise, the fee for the following month will be charged.

• If the athlete does not attend training due to injury or illness, the fee will be reduced by 50%, provided that they miss an entire month of training and submit a medical report.

• During the season, the athlete is responsible for Federative or Consell Esportiu expenses, such as licenses, medical insurance, competitions, and their management.

• At the end of December, the competitive gymnasts’ federative license will be renewed and will be valid until December 31, 2025. This license includes annual sports insurance.

• New gymnasts will have the Consell Esportiu del Garraf’s insurance processed to be covered by sports insurance.

• The Club covers the expenses of coaches’ allowances for official championships organized by the Catalan Gymnastics Federation. Families will cover coaches’ expenses for the Spanish Championship and all friendly competitions throughout the season (travel, hotel, meals, and allowances).

• Championship registrations will be made one month before the competition and will be billed via a payment link. Withdrawal costs €12 unless it is communicated by email to the Federation the day before the competition. In case of illness, if proper notice is given and a medical certificate is provided within 7 days, the registration fee will be refunded.

• Only gymnasts who are up to date with fee payments and/or federative expenses may be registered for the championships.

• The Club leotard is mandatory for all athletes. It will be used for training, exhibitions, and festivals. The mandatory sportswear for competitions is the leotard, the Club tracksuit, and the backpack.
